Melanie Cannon Drake, age 64 of Maryville, passed away on Saturday November 9, 2024, after a brief illness. She was retired. She was preceded in death by her father, John Cannon.
She is survived by her husband, Scott Drake; son, John Marley; stepdaughters, Jessica Ferguson (James) and Alyssa Drake; mother, Jan Cannon; brother, Ed Cannon (Kelly); sister, Sonya Sharpe (Russell); several nieces and nephews; one great nephew and two great nieces.
The family will receive friends Monday November 18, 2024, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Victory Baptist Church, Maryville, TN, followed by a 7:00 pm funeral service.
Family and friends are invited to share refreshments in the Family Life Center immediately afterwards.
