Melvin Andrew Gentry

Melvin Andrew Gentry - age 55 of Maryville passed away Sunday, December 22, 2002 at U.T. Medical Center. He was a long time Manager for Shoney’s Restaurant and had been medically retired for the past few years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Nula Gentry; brothers, Don and Frank Gentry. Survivors include his wife, Marie Gentry; sons, Shea and Britt Gentry, of Florida; step-sons and wives, Jeff and Stacie Clark, Aaron and Alicia Clark; step-grandchildren, Marabeth, Chandler and Ridge Clark; sisters, Mildred Harmon and Ann Colvin; brothers, Paris Gentry and William “Jerry” Gentry, all of Maryville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 8:00 P.M. Monday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Rev. Raymond Burnett officiating. The interment will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday in Forest Hill Cemetery.
