Michael Anthony Burns

Michael Anthony Burns passed through Heavens Gates June 6, 2018. He was a born again Christian member of East Walland Missionary Baptist Church and a Vietnam Veteran. He was born September 18, 1947. He was preceded in death by parents, Clyde Burns, Jr. and Ruby Burns; brother, Gerald Patrick Burns and inlaws, Robert, Katherine, and Sam Hutsell, and Ila Faye Adams. Survived by loving wife, Jane Burns; children, Stephenie Robin (Jody Best) and Mikey (Nikki) Burns; grandchildren, MyKee (Josh Sands), Haley, Cloey, Hank, Preslee, and Nicoles Burns, and Megan and Holly Queen; great-grandchildren, Jaxson and Sylas Sands; siblings, Dennis (Edwina), Kelly (Pete Busto), Danny (Carol), Shannon (Matt Hogue), and sister-in-law, Teresa Burns; aunts, Eleanor Hall and Margaret Dunlap; uncle, Bill Farr; inlaws, Jerry (Sylvia), Bill (Benalee), and Pat (Phyllis) Hutsell. The family will receive 3-4:00 p.m. Saturday, June 9, 2018, at East Walland Missionary Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Greg Boring and Rev. Danny Gregory officiating. The interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.
