LONG, Nell, age 88 of Snellville, GA, formerly of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2003, at Emory Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA. Survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Florence Thornton of Lilburn, GA; granddaughter, Karen Clark and husband Don of Sugar Hill, GA; great granddaughter, Ashlyn Clark of Sugar Hill, GA; sisters, Agnes Sisk, Anna Kate Williams both of Newport, TN; brothers, Leonard France and Clinton France both of Newport, TN; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Longmire officiating. The interment will follow in Chestnut Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery in Jefferson County.
