Nellie Sauls Garner

Nellie Sauls Garner, age 90 of Maryville, passed away Friday, April 1, 2005, at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert B. “Bert” Garner; great grandson, Scott Chandler Cox; daughter-in-law, Sue Garner; sisters and brothers, Vina, Tennie, Ruth, Sam, Jimmy, Dick and Bush. Survivors include her sons, Herbert Garner and Gene Garner both of Maryville; grandchildren, Randy Garner of Maryville, Teresa Tench of Buford, GA, Shannon Cox, Shanea Boring and Shane Garner all of Maryville; 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Pierce officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Clark’s Grove Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends from 2-4:00 p.m. Sunday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
