Otis Gerald Bowers, age 83, of Louisville passed away May 3, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Lona Bowers and Alfred and Elizabeth Bowers; brother, Billy Bowers; brother-in-law, Bill Moyers; sister, Polly McGill; sister-in-law, Sandy Whittaker Renner.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Kathy Bowers; sister, Helen Moyers, Linda (Tom) Cox; sister-in-law, Helen Bowers; brothers-in-law, Mike (Patricia) Whittaker, Jeff (Karen) Whittaker, Kenneth Renner, Bruce McGill; nieces and nephews, Lee (Kristi) Connatser, Travis (Debbie) Connatser, Tim (Lori) McGill, Don (Amy) Moyers, Greg (Linda) Moyers, Scott Whittaker, Tony (April) Whittaker, Amy (Jason) Lemka, Adam (Lynsey) Whittaker, Ashton (Jeremy) Presnell, Paige (Tim) Mallicoat, Sabella Sauceman; several great nieces and nephews; special friends, Robert and Joyce Landry.
Per Gerald’s request, he will be cremated and no service planned.
