Patsy Y. Spence

Patsy Y. Spence, age 75 of Maryville, passed away Friday, July 8, 2011, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Maryville First United Methodist Church and was a Teachers Assistant at Sam Houston School for 20 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Georgia Baldwin Hughes; sister, Mary Ruth Martindale. Survivors include her husband, Albion P. Spence of Maryville; daughter, Donna Helton of Pigeon Forge, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Bobby Howard of Murfreesboro, TN; son and daughter-in-law, David and Joyce Spence of Maryville; grandchildren, Robby Howard and Rusty Howard of Murfreesboro, TN, Tyler Spence, Trevor Spence and Macie Spence of Maryville; sister, Jean Webb of Newnan, GA; brother, Ronnie Hughes of Norfolk, VA ; Several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 P.M. at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum for a graveside service with Rev. Brenda Carroll officiating.
