Paul Savario Falco, 80, of Loudon, Tn, passed away on August 22, 2025 with his wife of 50 years, Judi, by his side.
Born on July 22, 1945 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, Paul was known for his quick wit, kind heart, and work ethic by all those who encountered him. An Air Force veteran, he served in the Vietnam War as an aircraft mechanic. Paul often shared stories of using gum, paper clips, and duck tape to get those planes back up in the air.
Paul especially enjoyed woodworking, old cars, pond fishing, eating dessert first and snow days in which he would drive his JCPenney lawn mower equipped with a factory ordered snow plow clearing neighborhood driveways and building Olympic grade sledding hills for all of us to enjoy. He was an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts, TVA River Cleanups, and was happy to act as a stand-in for Santa, with his impressive white hair and beard.
He is survived by his wife, Judi, daughter Rachel (Eddie) and son John (Kristi), grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister and many other family members, several of whom he liked.
A private graveside service with full military honors will be held to honor Paul.
The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the nurses and staff at the Tennessee State Veterans Home, Cole Neurology and Movement Center, as well as Hospice of Chattanooga, for their compassionate care
