Peggy Ruth Russell Mann

Peggy Ruth Russell Mann, age 82 of Friendsville, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016, at Blount Memorial Hospital. Survivors include her husband, Wayman Mann; sons, Jack Russell, Jr., Steve H. Russell and Lee Conklin, Don D. Russell, John Z. and Lisa Russell; granddaughters, Shauna and Josh Henry, Katie and Sal Torres, Andrea; great granddaughters, Taelyn Henry, Gabby Torres; great grandson, Summitt; special friends, Ruth Hargis, Roberta Petree, Emma Curtis; special church family. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Shady Grove Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Betty Furches officiating. A memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Friendsville United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friendsville United Methodist Church.
