Phyllis Louise Onks, age 66 of Louisville, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016, at her home. Preceded in death by, mother, Johnnie Stevens; father, Joe Chesher; sister, Shelby Jean Chesher and son-in-law, Roy Nabors, Jr. Survivors include her husband, Steve Onks; son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Angela Smart; daughters, Kristi Onks Nabors, Kerri Onks and fianc Marshall Lane; grandchildren Kaitlyn, Shannon, Kyren and Emily; sister, Sue Myers and husband Jerry Myers; special friend, Linda Kirby, Kali and Courtney Thompson. Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Brantley and Rev. Philip Marshall officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Louisville Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
