Rebecca Sue Quillen Millsaps

Rebecca Sue Quillen Millsaps, age 84 of Alcoa, passed away January 25, 2026, at UT Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church. She retired from the University of Tennessee College of Education as a bookkeeper. She was preceded in death by her father, L.E. Quillen, Jr.; mother, Ruby Hatcher Quillen; brother, Charles Quillen; sister, Wanda Jones; daughter, Kimberly Drake.

She is survived by her sister, Donna Sweet; daughter, Becky Brown and husband, Todd; daughter, Kristy Holmes, and husband, Jeff; grandchildren, Tiffany (Jack) Pierce, Madison (Keller) Neighbors, Jack Brown, Cameron Moffett, Lacy Drake, Alex and Annabelle Holmes; great grandchildren, Riley and Jack Pierce; several beloved nieces and nephews; special and loving caretaker Holly Loy.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:30 pm, Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Redemption Outreach Church, 1723 William Blount Drive, Maryville, TN, with the service to follow at 3:30 pm with Pastor Allen Bryant officiating. The interment will immediately follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery, 2400 Berry Rd., Knoxville, TN.

Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren, and her time spent with them.
