Richard Earl Best

Richard Earl Best, age 45 of Maryville, passed away at his home on June 21, 2023. He graduated from William Blount High and the University of Tennessee. He loved playing football and bass fishing. He was preceded in death by his dad, Earl William Best, Jr.; brother, Adam Lee Best; both sets of grandparents.

He is survived by his wife, Beth Felty Best; son, William Alexander Best, age 16; daughter, Kacie Elizabeth Best, age 13; mother, Debbie Best; mother-in-law, Brenda Felty; father-in-law, Drue Felty; uncle, Stanley Dotson of Lebanon; aunt, Rhonda Benson and husband, Bill. He was blessed by a world of family and friends.

Family and friends will meet at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Grandview Pavilion for a graveside service with Rev. Jeff Patton officiating.
