Richard Kenneth Saunooke

SAUNOOKE, Richard Kenneth, age 57 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2006, in Cherokee, NC. He was retired from ALCOA after 33years of service and was a member of the 25 Year Service Club. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nicodemus and Nora Brown Saunooke; brothers and sister, Harold, Jeff and Charlotte Saunooke. Survivors include his wife, Mary J. Saunooke; son, Tony Saunooke; daughter, Natalie Saunooke all of Maryville; sister and brother-in-law, Marion and Jonah Taylor of Cherokee, NC; sister, Lynda Saunooke of Robbinsville, NC; brother-in-law, Sam Robinson of Knoxville; sister-in-law, Laura Saunooke of Robbinsville, NC; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Grandview Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Michael Robinson officiating.
