Robert “Bob” Edward Glenn, age 82, passed away June 11, 2025, at his home in Maryville. He loved taking junkets to Vegas for business and pleasure. He was an active member of the Smoky Mountain Amateur Radio Club (W4ZTV). He worked as a Chief Broadcast Engineer in radio and tv, with channels 26, WVLTV and WIMZ. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dora Glenn.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Glenn; children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sister and brother-in-law, Faye and Robert Ives of Chattanooga; sister-in-law, Wilma Akins of Chattanooga; various neighborhood friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 PM, Sunday, June 22nd at Chandler Farms, 302 Alfred McCammon Rd., Maryville, TN 37804.
