Robert Bruce Squires

Robert Bruce Squires, age 76 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at Select Speciality Hospital, Knoxville, surrounded by his family. He was a Veteran of the U. S. Marines, was retired from CN/Grand Trunk Railroad with 37 years of service and was a member of the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte; grandson, Jake Young; parents, Alice and Paul Sims and Bruce Squires; sister, Carolyn Squires. Survivors include his daughters, Robin (Alan) Fleeger, Teri (Mike) Ortiz, Renee (Mike) Young, Charlena (Pete) Torres; numerous stepchildren; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother Ed (Beverly); sister, Sandra (Jesse) Rochholz; special friend, Rose Bowers. The family will receive friends from 1-3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 18, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home with the service to follow at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Scott Linginfelter officiating.
