Robert L. ''Bob'' Wilson

Robert “Bob” L. Wilson age 86 of Maryville passed away Friday, January 26, 2007 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church and sung in the choir for many years. He was a foreman at the Alcoa South Plant where he worked for 42 years. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the US Army. Preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Dorothy Wilson. Survivors include: wife, Maude E. Wilson. Son and daughter-in-law, Robert L. and Sharon Wilson Jr. of Bristol, TN; Grandchildren, Kelli and Cameron Stanberry of Hampton, TN, Jada and Clark Boyd of Lebanon, TN; sisters, Margaret Hunt of Florida, Mary O’Dell, Pat Kawaski both of Michigan, and Betty Cheeks of Tellico Plains, TN; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 5:00 pm Sunday, January 28, 2007 at McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Rev. Ron L. Longmire officiating. The family will receive 3:00-5:00pm Sunday at the funeral home. Family and friends will meet 11:30am Monday at Grandview Cemetery for the interment.
