Rosalie Phelps Mikles

Rosalie passed away suddenly on August 3rd 2022 at the age of 76. She was a 1963 graduate of Friendsville High School. She was a dedicated mother and Meme. Rosalie never met a stranger. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Darrell and Marie Phelps; her sons, Mark Mikles and Wesley Mikles. She is survived by brothers, Bill and Pat Phelps, Gene and Helen Phelps; daughter-in-law, Kristen Mikles and friend Jack Clemmer. She was blessed with grandchildren and great grandchildren, Tash, Trinity, Lilly, Emma Kay, Zoe, and Mason. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, August 11, 2022, at Middlesettlements Cemetery.
