Rose Howard Phillips

PHILLIPS, Rose Eltha Howard, age 86 of Maryville, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2004 at Blount Memorial Transitional Care Unit. She was a member of West Maryville Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband James H. Phillips; parents, James Caswell and Daisy Canupp Howard; brothers, Theodore, Orton and Oscar and sister, Fay. Survivors include: sons, William R. Phillips and wife Gwendolyn, Robert M. Phillips and wife Jeri, Harvey M. Phillips and wife Linda; daughter, Martha King and husband Gary E.; grandchildren, Kathryn McBride, Robert M. Phillips II, Russell T. Phillips, Sara Jo Shepard, Susan Knoll, Sharon Earley, Jennifer K. Matthews, Emily K. Craigmiles, Michelle Phillips and Stephen Phillips; great-grandchildren, Olivia Knoll, Andrew Knoll, Adam Earley, Allison Earley, Lee Ann Tyler, Jacob Tyler and Adrian Craigmiles. Services will be held Monday at 11a.m. in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom McLemore officiating and the entombment will follow in Sherwood Mausoleum.
