Roy E. Valentine, Jr.

Valentine Jr., Roy E. (Ed), age 57 of Alcoa, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2002, at his home. He was a member of Broadway Baptist Church and was an avid bridge player. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Mae H. Valentine and Viola C. Tipton. Survivors include: daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Andy Wilson; parents, Roy and Wilma Valentine; sister and brother-in-law, Jan and Doug McClanahan; brother, Robert C. Valentine; 4 uncles; 4 aunts; one nephew, Brad McClanahan; several cousins and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Robert Brown officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Clark’s Grove Cemetery for the interment service.
