Ruby Lucille Crye

Ruby Lucille Crye, age 92 of Rockford died Friday, June 13, 2014, at Asbury Place. She was a beautician for many years before devoting her time to her home and family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred William Crye; parents, Sam and Flossie Manis. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Debi Crye of Rockford, Jim and Lynne Crye of Greensboro, NC; Grandchildren, Jerry Crye Jr. and Heather Crye; sister, Margaret Brumlie; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Robert and Lorina Crye; sisters-in-law, Lorene Dixon, Pauline Douglas, and Gladys Waters; several nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the entire staff at Asbury Place for the wonderful and loving care they provided. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, June 16, 2014, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Rev. Bob Holbrook officiating. The family will reassemble at Highland Memorial Cemetery, Knoxville, immediately following the service for the interment.
