Rubye Mcnabb Small

4-16-2002 Rubye McNabb Small - age 84 of of Maryville passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2002 at Asbury Acres Health Center. She was a member of Central Baptist Church, Alcoa. She was retired from Alcoa City School System where she was a cafeteria worker for about 17 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Small; mother and father, Harvey and Alice McNabb; 3 sisters; 2 brothers. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Tom and Maxine Small, of Loganville, GA, Steve and Janet Small, of Maryville; grandchildren, Jennifer Small, and Thomas Small. Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at Greenhill Cemetery in Etowah with Rev. Gary Baker officiating. A memorial service will be 8:00 P.M. Thursday at Central Baptist Church in Alcoa with Rev. Greg Kelly and Rev. George Gilbert officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 P.M. at the church.
