Ruth S. Walker

WALKER, Ruth S., age 89 of Maryville, TN, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2003, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Maryville, was retired from the Tennessee Department of Employment Security and was a member of the DAR. Mrs. Walker was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. Walker. Survivors include: son, Thomas E. Walker of Maryville, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Gene R. and Diana Walker of Bettendorf, IA; grandson, Brent Walker of Fresno, CA; granddaughter, Susan Walker Colsch of Cedar Rapids, IA. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 p.m. Friday at Grandview Cemetery for a graveside service with Dr. John Sharp officiating.
