Samuel Gordon Mccall

Samuel Gordon McCall, age 84 of Maryville, passed away at home on February 23, 2005, from a massive heart attack. He was a retired Alcoan, devoted to his family and small farm - a loving, devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Sam G. and Clemmie McCall; brothers, Kenneth and Ralph McCall of Maryville. He is survived by his wife, Mary Fugate McCall; sons and daughters-in-law, Sam G. (Mac) and Koky, Joseph and Vicki; daughters and sons-in-law, Jane and William G. Hodge, Jenny and Darrell Headrick; grandsons, Chris and Ursula McCall, Jon and Teonna McCall, Darren Headrick; granddaughters, Molli Jenkins and husband Mitchell and Elise McCall; great grandsons, Lakin and Colby McCall; sister and brother-in-law, Lucille and Jesse Brown; sister, Ruth McCall; brother, Ollie McCall; sisters-in-law, Martha McCall and Hazel McCall; step grandchildren, Jeff Hodge and family; Todd Hodge and family; Nikki Hodge Taylor and family; Lori Headrick and family; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Holder and Rev. Alvin Tallent officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Grandview Cemetery for the interment service.
