COMPTON, Stella Ruth Steadman Pritchett, age 86 of Maryville, formerly of Greenback, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2006, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Blount Christian Church and was preceded in death by her husbands, Theodore Pritchett and Claude Compton; son and daughter-in-law, Clay and Nancy Pritchett. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Dr. Donald LeQuire of Scottsboro, AL, Judy and John Hurst of Louisville, Millie and Felix Daniels of Greenback; daughter, Alma Evans of Greenback; sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Kaye Pritchett of Friendsville, Buck and Sandy Pritchett of Greenback; sister and brother-in-law, Hilda and Howard Cook of Louisville; sister, Mildred Morgan of Mountain View, MO; 20 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Clark and Minister David Reece officiating. The interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-3:00 p.m. Friday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
