Thelma Elfrieda Murr

MURR, Thelma Elfrieda, age 97 of Maryville, passed away Monday, February 4, 2008, at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Howard Murr; sisters, Hazel Hatcher, Ruth Gross, Helen Newell; brother, R. Don George. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Iris Jean and J. L. Thomas Wilson of Maryville; daughters, Jama E. Ramey of Loudon, Eleanor L. Oberg of Chattanooga; 10 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Itolene George of Loudon; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel. The interment will follow in Magnolia Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. Thursday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
