Tryphena Alma King Tener, age 86 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2012, at Wellmont Hospice House in Bristol, TN. She was a member of Friendsville Friends Church, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Preceded in death by her parents, S. E. and Vola King; brothers, Dan King, S. E. King, Jr., Wade King, Herbert King; sisters, Leona King, Stella Williams, Ethel Cursons and Martha King. Survived by her loving husband of 67 years, H. H. Buster Tener; daughter and son-in-law, Myrna and Ed Bush of Bristol, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Garry and Becky Tener of Louisville; grandchildren, Sarah, Mark, and Rachel Bush, Joshua and Jeremiah Tener; great grandchild, Kennedy Bush; brother, Claude King of Ft. Myers, FL; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Grandview Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Kenny Armstrong officiating.
