Velma Joyce Baker, age 67 of Knoxville, formerly of Sneedville, TN, passed away Monday, August 22, 2011, at her home. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. Thursday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home and then proceed to Clark’s Grove Cemetery for a 2:30 p.m. graveside service with Rev.
