Verna Mae Anderson

ANDERSON, Verna Mae, age 83 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2003, at Colonial Hills Nursing Home. She was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Pearlie H. Anderson, son, Clifford W. Anderson and daughter- in-law, Lavanah Anderson. Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Jane and Steve Rogers of Cartersville, GA, Nellie and Wayne Brown of Memphis; son, James B. Anderson of Maryville; sons and daughters-in-law, Cledith and Mary Lynn Anderson of Maryville, Raymond C. and Ruth Anderson of Burlington, WI, Chester and Doris Anderson of Maryville; daughter-in-law, Barbara Anderson of Maryville; 17 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; numerous great great grandchildren; brothers, Elmer Crye of Cleveland, TN, Richard Crye of Etowah; sisters, Sue Stewart of Tellico Plains, Mary Tallent of Englewood, TN; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Arkie Baker officiating. The interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in Carpenters Cemetery.
