Virginia R. Bolinger Havens

Virginia R. Bolinger Havens, age 84 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2011, at Maryville Healthcare Center. She was a member of Wildwood Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest G. “Truthful” Havens; son, Danny R. Havens; parents, Raymond and Lucille Bolinger; brother, Darrell Bolinger; sisters, Betty Gaylon, Maxine Clark, Joyce Huffstetler. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, George and Theresa Havens of Knoxville; daughter, Wilma Havens Gregory of Maryville; 6 grandchildren, Teresa Jones, Deann Hayes, Heather Havens, John Havens, Jeremy Havens, Eric Havens; 9 great grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Glenn Huffstetler; sisters, Mary Fussell of Maryville, Judy Goss of Rome, GA; sister-in-law, Bea Bolinger; brother-in-law, Gordon Huffstetler of Maryville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug Hayes officiating. The interment will follow at Centenary Baptist Church Cemetery.
