Wesley Lambert, 64, of Friendsville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025, after a lengthy illness. Born and raised in Friendsville, Wesley was a true craftsman and a man of many talents. He loved riding horses, taking buggy rides, playing guitar, and dancing. Known for his humor, creativity, and generous spirit, Wesley brought joy to everyone around him.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene; parents, Billy and Imogene Lambert; brother, Gary; and stepmother, Diane. He is survived by his twin sister and best friend, Barbara Russell (Charlie); daughter, Traci; stepdaughter, Darla Laney (Ralph); step-grandson, Cody Brown (fiancée Brittney); niece, Charla McPeake (Cody); and nephew, Chad Lambert (Donna). He will also be deeply missed by his dear friend Mike Carr and many other loved ones.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the Blount Memorial Hospital critical care team, the staff at Gentiva Hospice, and his devoted healthcare providers, Kim Chambers, NP, and Charlie Bartlett, NP, for their compassionate care.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 8th, at Big Springs Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Buddy Coppock.
