William Elmer Brown

BROWN, William E. (Bill), age 80, of Maryville, passed away Friday April 9, 2004 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Riceville Baptist Church, but attended Hillview Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Mary Ruth Click Brown; sons and daughters-in-law, Dale and Kaye Brown, Rick and Debbie Brown, Gary and Tami Brown; daughters and sons-in-law, Shelby and Gary Jones, Cheryl and Phil Merritt, Terry and Jack Gardner; 15 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Alvin and Stanley Brown; sister, Lucille Yarbrough. Services will be Sunday at 8 p.m. with Rev. Arkie Baker and Rev. Rick Morgan officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 and the interment will be Monday at 11 a.m. in Louisville Cemetery.
