Wilma Weeks Hipps James, age 75 of Louisville, passed away Monday, April 7, 2014, at home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Odie and Charlotte Weeks; husband of 33 years, John W. (Bud) Hipps; 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include her husband, Joe L. James; stepdaughter, Elaine Dagley; stepsons, David W. Hipps and Ted Hipps; brother, Clyde Weeks, Jr. and wife Mable; several nieces, nephews, and friends; special niece, Debroha Montgomery. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Grandview Cemetery for a graveside service with David Hipps officiating. Memorials may be made to Blount Memorial Hospice, 1095 E.
