Thomas "Todd" Franklin, Iii

Thomas “Todd” Franklin, III, age 44, went to Heaven on April 22,2023. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas T. Franklin, Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Franklin; mother and step-father, Phyllis and Bill Rhyne; brothers, Mark Franklin (Anna), Paul Rhyne (Sherrie); sister, Amber Dunn (Keith); numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, and nieces.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Rio Advance on Hunt Rd.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciation any donations for funeral expenses.
